Depending on the type of goods you order, you may receive different packages. We have multiple warehouses, so in order to optimize the delivery time and avoid too much attention, you can receive your items in different packages.

Our products are shipped from our warehouses in China and Hong Kong to the international marketThe lead time may exceed four weeks in Peru, Bulgaria, Argentina, Romania, South Africa and French Polynesia.

Customs duties vary from country to country and are not included in the delivery price. This is the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment

If your payment is authorized, you will receive an email confirming the order and debit the amount due within 24 hours.

Returns and Refunds

Return must take into account the loss of the product. After contacting our customer service, you will be asked to provide photo proof. According to the description and photos in our product introduction, the product will not be refunded.

⚠All returns beyond the legal return period (14 days from the delivery date) will not be refunded.

The refund should be paid immediately upon receipt of the returned item. Please mark the order number on the package. If the goods arrive under unacceptable conditions, we will not be able to refund and return the goods to you.

We suggest that you ask for proof by mail (free of charge).

The refund shall be made in the same way as the order. The refund period is 2 to 14 days.
